Charming, rustic campground with roomy wooded sites and a truly relaxing experience. The new owner is putting in many improvements with lots more to come. We definitely will be booking again in the future.

10/10 campground. Under new ownership. Owner was very nice and sociable with guests. Offered free coffee and pastries in the morning hours. Campground has so much potential for when it’s completely finished with the current renovating. Owner has many plans for the campground in the near future. Highly recommend staying at Timber Haus.

Very quiet and peaceful. You can see the improvements being made. You can tell they care and reminded us it's a work in progress. Has all the services a campground has to offer and im sure more to come. The free coffee and cinnamon rolls were delicious. Staff was very polite and friendly. Id like to return when I have more time to explore. To the owners..... please keep up the good work. *Update* WiFi at my site is awesome! First place ever! I didn't bother to hook up my starlink.

Great place to stay, not for from the river for a canoe trip, and good hiking trails abound. The owner was easy to work with.

Timber haus is a quiet campground with lots of trees and spacious sites. Under new ownership as of dec 2025. Much needed upgrades have been under way with improvements visible each time we visit.
